What type of OBO is used to fix eye asymmetry?

I have a tilted sphenoid bone, and overall my face is asymmetrical. I know people don’t really pay attention to it, but it prevents me from taking photos and have face to face interactions. I’ve heard that OBO can address this issue in different ways.
Is it necessary to move the entire orbital block to change the height of the eye, or is it enough to augment the upper orbit and place an implant in the lower orbit to lift the eye?
