This is my hair after styling with sea salt spray. It is naturally thick and wavy. It is a bit frizzy/messed up today because it was my first time using a hairdryer and I put kin too much spray by accident and it was windy af today. What type of perm and haircut should I get to reach my goal hair? I attached two styles I liked below and where I am at rn.
