My nose bridge is straight and slim but the tip and nose width is very bad. I wanna lessen it without messing with other stuff.

No, unfortunately. I think as long as the surgeon is good, you will have a good result with just a longer recovery (I myself am having a revision rhino with a thick skin, and I didn't choose the surgeon based on how good he deals with thick skin noses),

Had a nose tip correction done by Dr. Richard Fakin, pretty good result (slimmed nose tip, cartilage removal). Is this what you're looking for? Currently it's swollen, but looked pretty good directly post-OP.
