What type of surgeries do you think I should focus on when I become a PS?

Curing people, seeing their health improve and making their families happy etc.
In plastic surgery there's less emotion and stress involved, it's basically a trade.

do something which theres is not a lot of surgeons doing it and become an expert in it like lefort or something complex like that, then youll get more customers as there will be less capable surgeons who can perform the surgery safely and properly and youll be able to overprice as youll be one of a few expert surgeons who can perform the surgery (thats if you do become a professional surgeon)

or create your own new method of something which is safer, cheaper and with less recovery time for example a new form of limb lenghtening where you can still walk while your limbs are being stretched out (not sure if that example is possible though), although if you havent even started studying cosmetic surgery yet i wouldn't think about this one

You can only do it with a 1.0 average grade here while mine is 2.9. I have literally no chance of ever getting into a med school. Only if I pay and study abroad which I'm probably not going to do.

Doctors usually give it to kids when they've been brave enough to get a checkup.

If you give one or two shotgun implants to your waiting patients they will be so happy they forget about wanting a leg lengthening surgery.
