What type of surgery would I need to fix my maxilla / are fillers an option

So basically my maxilla is kinda fucked a bit, also ignore the forward headposture I know nigga I’m working on it lmao

What surgery would I need to get it fixed and would there be cheaper options like filler? Also could I possibly somehow makeup fraud to make it less obvious

Would you know of any fillers that last longer because I can’t afford le fort 1 at the time being and I’d like options that help out whilst potentially getting the money for lf1

Calcium is already denser than hyaluronic acid, but the only options that provide better structural support are either polymethylmethacrylate (bellafill) or autologous fat grafting (transfering your own fat tissue to the region)

There's in essence no good options IMO for kinda but not really flat maxilla. Surgery cant be justified, since its to risky/invasive for kinda flat but not really. Filler what are you really expecting? How will it advance the maxilla in a way that doesnt look rounded, given its end point is your lips.

Actually you might be right it’s really the flatness that’s bringing me down, probably too risky + high cost. Maybe fat grafting just for the under eye area would help the eyes tho since they are a bit protruding thoughts on that ?

That can help with protruding eyes in some kind of minor way, i cant see an issue with it from the photo thou.

I can’t take a pic rn, but here’s one where you can see it a bit. It’s not too much but yet noticable also I should probably fat graft my midface to get rid of those nasial folds. Would probably even be better if I do that for overall looks
