High class people don't have tattoos in the first place. They carry a low class, working class stigma anywhere you go on the planet (military insignias like marine tattoos also convey a low class stigma)
There are places in the world which don't even allow tattooed people inside the premises (like many Japanese spas and swimming pools)

If you absolutely have to avoid a type of tattoo, don't get work done on your face or neck, or anything that can't be hidden with a suit and long sleeve shirt.

If your aim is purely to sleep with lots of women, tattoos are great especially on the one night stand market. The old adage on lookism was RTT (roids, tats, tan) which works the best for attracting the type of woman that frequently searches hookups on places like Tinder. It's the most wanted type man on dating apps when it comes to hookups.
