im skinny and my abs is absolutely flat, there are no visible muscles and no fat

how you develop abs muscles as a skinny guy?
 
Only thing that worked for me is that hand held wheely shit

the core is used in every movement a human makes, even walking. so if you wanna grow abs your gonna have to work them out like crazy

Abs are like just any muscle group Low bf% and hypertrophy/progressive overloading
Exercises:weighted pullups, hanging leg raises, inclined/decline situps, add weights and progressive overload and eat sufficient protein and dont do it like for everyday 3times a week is sufficient
