I've been going to the gym for 3 weeks I have a good starting physique, I train full body 2 maximum 3 times a week, doing one exercise for each muscle, I do 2 warm-up sets and one training set to failure with max 10 reps, with 3-minute breaks between sets and exercises, I eat homemade food trying to stay on high protein, and i have perfect straight clavicles with a narrow waist
