Both. If you can only get one or the other get d3+k2 cuz they are integral for bones but lactoferrin is very very good. You could also just drink raw milk or raw colostrum for lactoferrin but supps are fine

Depends on your age but loom up k2 requirement for __ year old male/female. Also try and get vitamin d from the sun primarily, but supps and food sources are good too. Take the same amount each day.
