this is 2 month in gym
if i had stepped forward abs wouldn’t be visible cos of lighting tbh.

was also kinda bloated cos i wasn’t locked in on diet and ate like shit just to get cals

Arms chest as all finedont need to be bigger that's a female gaze body already, just spam lat pull down and wide grip pulls ups to get as big of a v taper as possible

il just maintain them w maybe once a week, and maybe do back 3x a week for slight edge idk.
i find training back hardest tbh, i find it hard to “feel” my back in comparison to chest, shoulders etc

No just meat and eggs.
Only carbs I get are from fruit , I mainly have tomatoes . Probs 20g a day max so practically no carbs
