My personal theory is that for people that don't have it as a typical phenotypical trait, it packs the biggest SMV boost per pound compared to any other SINGLE feature possible but other traits like craniofacial structure are just overall larger PHYSICALLY and have more importance because your face is literally made from this structure. So pound for pound, A10 is a huge halo, but there's so many components in the face that garbage face and eyes can not possibly compensate

In terms of facial features, most people that see me tell me I pass as south European Med/atlanto med, so I don't think they'd look too out of place. Nothing can fix that eye area if I am being honest. Your eyes are spaced far apart to the point that it looks a bit like you have hypertelorism or some other kind of deformity. Maybe, you could get OBO and then orbital implants but you will need to find a surgeon who is willing to perform the former procedure on you.

You need infra + supra orbital implants, as well as a blepharoplasty to correct your droopy eyelids. If you do this, get in fin + HT, and a bimax, you can look pretty good.

Basically you have 3 failos: eye area, hair, and skin texture/quality.

Firstly hop on finasteride (or better yet dutasteride) and consider a transplant.

Next, get a good skin regimen going. Get on tretinoin and consider going on accutane. Also once your skin is in good condition you should contact a good quality dermatologist to fix up scarring.

In terms of eye area, you look like an ideal candidate for OBO and then subsequently cantho. OBO is rarely performed but @CosmicMaxxer had it done so maybe he could advise.

The main thing to remember is that you actually have an amazing base- your lower third mogs hard- and if you are motivated to get a handle on the 3 failos I've mentioned, then you could ascend to chadlite or maybe even Chad level. Most guys on this forum (including myself) would love to be in your position because most of us don't really have strong points to build around- just a lot of mediocre features- and the highest we can reach is high tier normie at best.
