I don't have any specific moments but I kind of always had an idea about it at least since my childhood.

First discovered it years ago around age 19 because youtube recommended me a rehab room video which is crazy because he's more or less shadowbanned for being too real. I was already pretty aware of everything blackpill was about from experiencing and seeing shit irl, but never heard that specific term for it before. Felt pretty cathartic watching BP vids back then because most places online will just gaslight you about your struggles. Used to use some incel subs on reddit before they were all gone
