Nearly 100% certain those are two different people. I recall seeing this ‘ascension’ on my tiktok a while ago, the guy on the left being some random who got bullied on org, the one on the right being a model for years who bears a minor resemblance to him. The poster saw an opportunity to go viral by claiming to have ascended showing two different people
