What was the year when you fell in life?

Let me explain if you cannot understand what I am writing. What was the year when you went through hell and have not recovered. Say you were doing well and then life put you down all a sudden and you could not return to normalcy ever since.

2021 when my HQNP virgin ex dumped me for a rich guy.

Everything since then has been borderline pointless. Even if I “ascend” from surgery there’s no chance that I can regain that peak.

Time has only made it worse - I feel more hopeless with every passing year and the tedious, fruitless self-improvement grind that yields nothing.

Last year when I moved, I went from a guy with lots of friends to a nobody and I gained 20lbs from depression and shit. I'm still recovering and I'm down 10lbs with 4-6 real friends
