What ways are there of widening mandible?

So after increasing maxilla with MSE what methods are there of widening the mandible if it falls too narrow compared to newly widened maxilla?

implants and filler would not fix the bite issues caused by maxilla being overly wide while mandible does not fit the joint. This is a functional not aesthetic issue

Unfortunately it seems like there's no way to expand it manually or without a surgery like I do ATM with maxilla (palate, to be precise, but they're tied together closely).

Concerned about that too. I already widened it to some extent, so probably it's either gonna stop be working or I'll need to stop consciously.​

My maxilla was to narrow, I had this problem and I had to wear for 1 year expander.
