What weight is good for 6'2 if you're not a gymcel

I'm 165 lbs and maybe 17% body fat. Do i genuinely have to get down to 150lbs to achieve sub 10% 😭

17% is a good bodyfat percentage nontheless, try getting up to 180 lbs
It wpuld be better if you shared a picture of your physique.

Its decent but i want hollow cheeks and popping zygos bro
Then try cutting specifically to 160 and see how that goes, i still recommend tho that you start consistent workout, not even on a gymcell level but just to stay in shape, its a body halo fr

No way you do, but try to eat a little more ig

I use this method: if i eat 2 bowls of pasta every day for lunch, i add a loaf of bread with ham or another half full plate. Observe what you eat in a day and add something not necessarily big to every portion-meal. Also eat lots of protein and workout

If you're in puberty get down to 14% so you don't stunt your growth while being lean. Otherwise get to 10-12% body fat.
I'm 21. Currently eating 1k cals a day, 130g protein, 40g fats, a bit of carbs in spinach and such. Leanmaxxing

Just eat at your maintenance calories maybe slightly above, eat healthy, lift weights. Your other option is just to eat a bunch of shit and get fat but i dont see why unless you're dangerously underweight

Might be why, if you're very active you're gonna have to eat a lot. Just feed yourself with a lot carbs, some healthy fats like salmon, avocados, eggs, nuts. U only need 100 grams of protein a day so i doubt u even have to think about protein sources as a priority. Will also help you eat more if you dont eat too much satiating stuff

I do btw. I'm just not that muscular so my weight is low

Good. If you struggle w losing weight drink lots of water and subtract small porzione for each meal. Now give solutions because im a merchant plis:owo:
