Let's assume you're 178 cm tall, you should aim to be at 78kg while being lean, like 15% bf max. The safe zone around that would be plus or minus 10 kg, as long as you're fairly lean and have decent muscle mass you should be good

170 would be a better goal based on this but we know that its sub 12% bf or death

Hmm so im 177 cm, but 77kg seems a bit heavy for me... thats 170 lbs... I will try for like 140 though. Im even less than that now

Depends on your frame because of bone mass and stuff, the goal is simply to approach this number. Also you will know when you look good, it's not a magical formula

180 for gymmaxxed
170 for gymmaxxed+leanmaxxed
150 for leanmaxxed but not gymmaxxed.
