I'm around 78kg after about a month of tryna lose weight and I'm already skinny but don't feel I'm skinny enough for a good defined face but I also don't wanna kill myself getting ridiculously small so idk I need a guideline I got average muscle not sure about bone density tho
 
you're 16 don't try to lose weight, eat a lot and eat healthy to maximise your height

worry about getting lean once you're at least close to 18

also even if you don't grow taller being 78kg at 187cm would actually be a very nice and lean physique, your problem is more likely your bf% is too high so you'll have to do some body recomp, which is basically losing fat while simultaneously building muscle

to explain body recomp simply just eat a healthy diet as i said while also working out, but you dont want to be in a calorie surplus OR a calorie deficit, just try to be as close to net 0 calories as you can everyday

your weight won't fluctuate too much but the change in your physique will be noticeable

aight for the most part but my face looks like it could still get leaner and more defined especially since I have a wide jawline and IK my thing is body fat but I just don't wanna go gym maybe I should just put my laziness to the side and go gym instead of struggling so much to lose weight

gym will speed up your body fat loss by 100%, remember body fat is a percentage so if you're increasing your muscle mass the overall percentage of your mass that is made up of body fat will decrease

so if you combine increasing muscle mass slowly with losing fat slowly (working out at least 3 times a week and eating a relatively healthy diet, or at least not eating in a calorie surplus/defecit) you become lean and shredded without becoming a low libido low T twig
