What went wrong with me?

I used to be dark triad and used to bully foids in middle school. I bullied this foid for having hair arms and she’d cry a lot, i made this other girl cry because I exposed her on social media for soemthing she was tryna hide, bullied this other girl into changing her hairstyle etc

But now I can’t even talk to girls without sweating or some weird shit? The hell happened
