I ate 2 cooked apples, a cup of milk, then a baked banana with a cup of milk, afterwards i ate eggs with a small glass of oj and i passed out

then i woke up with allergy like symptoms, sneezing and itchy nose

felt terrible until i ate some starch

yeah it's been shown to be inflammatory plus most people are lactose intolerant, 'allergy like symptoms' seems to come from that imo
