if you cut on steroids youll retain more muscle on the cut or even gain a bit. what youre looking for is like a 3 month cut on gear followed by a 6 month bulk. that would probably give you peak female appeal physique

take any AI with test E or so and take it like a few days to a week post first injection. you dont need it 100% because it varies person to person on 500 test plus you wont be getting that big, but yea

Go to the steroids subreddit, they have a pretty good "Your first cycle guide". They will cover everything in much better detail than almost anyone else here can.

How much you inject will depend on what your risk tolerance is. More steriods means higher risk of side effects. Usually 350-700mg of testosterone a week is the starting point. How often you inject will depend on the "ester".

Taking anything else will depend on if you have any side effects. You should be prepared for them just incase.

i did 150mg 200 mast a week. 2100 cals with tons of cardio.Fat melted off and kept strength. Wasn't huge but had a lean muscular body. Looked bigger than every gymcel down there apart from the ones who took it seriously and looked naturally bulky/fat. I'm going to hate coming off next month
