Will frame change? Face? How much size can they add

More facial hair,clavicles will probably widen so they’d have a better frame ,more testosterone leads to more DHT so their zygotes would be more prominent I don’t know about how much size they would put on though

Well, on the high end of the scale people have 0.000056g of test in total (~56 decaliters of blood, 1000 ng/dl). So, you'd die whenever your liver processes your first dose.
