i hit my first and only growth spurt at 16 and grew from 5'2 to 5'6, the doctor said i havent grown in a couple years but my dad had similar growth patterns and didnt grow til 17, he also grew fast unlike me. are my growth plates open at least slightly? and what would be most effective, HGH, AOD9604, tesamorelin, mk-677, i ordred mk but dont know if that will be effective. what should ido because im deadass cooked if i dont do anything now

No one can really tell if they're open unless you go for an xray. If you're not overweight they're probably open a little but don't expect much growth. Also Mk is trash, just pin hgh.

Check growth plates via x-ray and do a blood test to see the igf-1 data and if you are hgh deficient

in the best case scenario you are hgh deficient and just need to use hgh

in the worst case scenario you arent hgh deficient and have just shitty genetics like me

At 18 If you haven't grown for a couple of years, your growth plates are almost certainly closed. HGH and all the other substances will be useless in this case. The only thing you can do is wear high-soled shoes and shoe lifts. This thread has everything you need to know, including where and what to buy.
