I’m 14 and I have a really big Greek nose, I’m going to an orthodontist and I’m researching on what devices will increase my maxilla hence increasing the maxilla will result in a smaller nose. And my palate is too narrow to mew and thumbpull so I’m getting a palate expander and I have an overbite. Is it over?

Get a liquid rhino until ur 17 or 18 and get rhinoplasty

ur not gonna fix ur nose without rhino, but try accutane or hydrocortisone
