What will taking hgh at 21 do? Is there a chance I can grow clavicles?

Im already test maxing for life I just cruise 200mg weekly, Im fine with my height 6'2 but my clavicles barely go outside of my already wide hips If I take HGH while spamming reeves deadlifts, swimming, lateral raises and hanging will my clavicles improve even after puberty? Also need orthodontic work for my maxilla how will HGH help with that?

Next to zero.
Your organs, feet or hands have a stronger chance of increasing in thickness and size.

It is said that clavicles may grow up to your mid-twenties, though take that with a grain of salt, since we are talking about possible gains of 1-2% of total clavicle length, which is absolutely nothing.
They won’t just magically lengthen by 2-3cm’s.

All the exercise have zero impact on your clavicle length and most definitely not at 21.
They may become more stretched and appear marginally lengthier but that’s not a real gain.

Why isnt it a real gain? If they keep becoming more stretched over time wont they stay like that especially with hormones?

Has nothing to do with hormones.
If you have really tense muscles in that region you may see some minor (and I mean very minor) gains.
You are 6’2 and your frame is probably fine given your height.
If you take hgh solely for the reason of wider clavicles, it’s absurd to be honest. Especially given your age.
You’ll end up with a worsened Insulin resistance, run an increased risk of cancer and maybe experience thickening of cartilages/ organs.
And all just for having a 0,1% chance of minor clavicle lengthening.
