This is a tricky one. I'm not sure what's descending you. Maybe it's the jaw or is it the midface? Anyone more experienced ?

Get a double jaw surgery with lefort II.

mainly ur midface ratio (looks long due to esr), bizygo-bigonial (bizygo is wider than bigonial), fwhr, palpebral fissure length is a bit short, and chin-philtrum

ur bitemporal width might become a bit of a problem but i cant tell because of lens distortion

either way those some things i could point out by just looking at u and not measuring anything
