protein matters more tbh if you look at indians in cities in the wst tend to be taller due to higher protein in westoid food than their counterparts in villages with lower protein diets

just wait til ur 15-16, not rly a point in messing with estrogen at 14 imo. just eat a lot of protein naturally, maybe use mk677 but some people say it messes with the fear response and causes perm hunger increase. MPMD had a video on it awhile back and he didn’t deny nor confirm it but the evidence seemed that it can cause it.
