What would be best for eye area?

What do you all think would be best to improve my area tremendously. I’ve gotten recommended botox and threads, but i’ve seen many people get botched off botox especially in the eye area. The goal i’m trying to accomplish is to lift my eyelid fat above my eyes as it makes my eyes look tired and saggy and screws with my vision from time to time. And with that being said couldn’t I quite possibly get a surgery done like this around my eyes for free covered by insurance if it affects my vision as i’m always having to adjust my eyes by either pulling the eyelids up by hand or having to open my eyes wide asf to unclog my vision?

Or if there are any natural ways to improve this that I have no knowledge of, to save me the hassle from consulting with a doctor and such
