the male equivalent to 5'4 as a woman is 5'9 (there's a 5 inch dimorphic difference between men and women) so your kid could end up like 5'11 maybe more maybe less who knows

Since the median height difference for men and women is 5-ish inches we can add 5 inches to her height which would be 5’9 then average it with your height which gets 5’11.5 for the son. Subtract 5 inches from your height you’re 5’9 as a female average it out with your foid-friend would be 5’6.5 for the daughter. Keep in mind a standard deviation of plus or minus an inch.
