So I have 2 weeks off work soon and I want to bloatmin.
So I thought of:
4l Water per day
Sleepmax
Only carbs allowed are unsalted Veggies and a little bit from protein shakes
Eat eggs and nuts for fat supply
Bodyweight Exercises daily
Go for a run every 2-3 days
Try to nofap so I dont collapse after jerking off
Anyone have more suggestions ?
The carb withdrawal will be the hardest challenge I guess
