You're right that just sterilizing people wouldn't work because the new much smaller post-eugenics generation would have to support the sterilized generation. Straight up culling would be extremely effective at fixing age demographics since you can easily incentivize a baby boom with the small population post-culling. The main reasons I'm into population control like this is that this along with increased automation will significantly decrease working hours, drastically reduce pollution and mean our finite resources would last much longer. embryo selection and CRISPR modifications would also be the norm in my ideal society. I'm not just prioritizing economy though, I'm prioritizing the enviroment and human happiness. After a generation or two when those that remember the culling are gone we'd be much better for it.

3. Cure cancer and perfect anti aging then remove fertility of civilians and reduce population

6. The next generation of civilians will should be created not born and should have perfect genes for looks, heath, intelligence and longevity
7. Nuclear family should be abolished in favor of relationships baring no children
8. Media is the enemy of that state so it is abolished
9. culture is Islam
10. Gamma brain wave activity = high IQ increase it in children
11. Replace foods with biological enhanced nutrient rich fungi that replaces all other food and fulfills all dietary needs
12. Heavily controlled and regulated internet

I'm not religious but it seems like humans function best with a god figure constantly monitoring and judgng them. So I'd create my own religion that pushes the values I think are best and indoctrinate people into it over generations.

I agree with a lot of the transhumanist stuff like anti-aging and designer babies but very strongly disagree with eliminating the nuclear family. If families no longer existed there'd be much less of a "buy-in" to society. Societies are an extension of family and people contribute hoping that society will treat them and their family right. They would be much more hesitant to contribute to society if they had weaker/non-existent family bonds. It's just not possible to control women to that degree in such an advanced society and I really don't think it's neccesary. Not trying to be rude but it comes off as SJW but it genuinely comes off as spiteful towards them. I have no ill will towards women. I would have governments invest into renewable energy and force food corporations to end world hunger (there's no fucking way there's millions of obese people and this cant be fixed). Economists would figure out how to allocate housing for everyone by giving them jobs, if they deny work there's nothing I can do. I would order people to no longer discriminate based off race, gender, or sexuality. After that the world would be pretty nice, eh? Maybe I'd help accelerate the process of deaging technology, end cancer, blah blah blah.

If Islam is the correct culture, you wouldn't have to force people into it. Why not allow freedom of religion and everyone will follow islam from making them hyper intelligent?
