For me, outside obvious shit like a critical injury I'd go if any voice inside my head could egg me into thinking that isekaiing is real and that something less bleak awaits me--I just need an inkling of a positive agenda, tbh, e.g. Equestria from MLP being real

Legal euthanasia. I have enough problems to off myself but no painless method to do it. If there was euthanasia, I would go there in one second without even thinking twice.
