What would happen if I stopped weightlifting and just focused on cardio during a cut?

weightlifting burns calories too vro especially if u r training with proper intensity there is no reason to stop doing it ur just gonna end up missing out on potential gains since u can gain muscle on a cut unless u have been training for like 2+ years already

If your 13 it's baby fat. You need to eat 2+ lbs of lean meat & nutrient-rich food to build bone structure. Play a sport and do calisthenics while you're at it. Trust you will thank yourself for the rest of your life.

Ive been working out for like 2 weeks right now sleeping 8-9 hours a day. Ans ive been gaining weight. Idk
 
Cutting at 13 is one of the worst things you can do for your height potential.

ur gaining weight because its newbie gains or ur not actually in a calorie deficit dont stress about it
