What would happen if only extremely good looking people had children?

How would the world be if only the smart and beautiful could do it?.
My theory is diseases would be eradicated like down syndrome, cancer, being ugly, fat, short or dumb right? For example only people like this could have children:

Humans are slower at reproducing than cats, dogs or pigs, so it would take more time. Also, we would probably see some of the same side effects we see in other artificially selected breeds of mammals: susceptibility to diseases and higher incidence of genetic defects due to inbreeding, I think the reason why human eugenics "fails to be a scientifically valid model" is that traits most commonly considered for "improvement" are difficult to measure. You can't breed for things if it can't easily observe or measure results of the breeding in order to select which specimens you are going to use to create the next generation. If you were trying to breed tall people sure that would be relatively easy. But eugenics for humans has traditionally been geared toward improving things like "intelligence" and "appearance ", things that can't be consistently measured and are not necessarily entirely genetic in nature.

What do you mean, reproduction will be a privilege not a right, only the best people will get it, do you think the uglies will riot for this, people are making less and less children now anyway, I could see this becoming a thing in China for example, where people are pretty much forced to follow whatever their government decides, and if they will decide to implement eugenic policies, a race of Chinese supermen will eventually take control over the whole world....

Yes, you're right, no one would riot, If we're talking about the government controlling sex only for ugly men, But op said good looking people only, which would mean include women in that mix, and I doubt they'd be able to control them, unless they slipped something in the tap water(More than they already do now) Also, you're forgetting the fact that if we were to get rid of/control reproduction of non good looking people, would that not mean, Almost every black person? If you think the government in any western country could get away with that you're smoking dick.

Also China fucked its self up already they got rid of so much women the country is majority of men, and most asian countries have low birth rates, If anything, China would start forcing people to have more children, and who knows, maybe this time they'll kill off the men this time
