Huge surge of test followed by a crash in a day-a week depending on the ester. A ton of that will aromatize and you could develop Gyno. Following the crash you will feel awful. Your natural testosterone production will be shut down entirely. If you do not inject again, your estrogen will crash as well with nothing left to aromatize. Your knees will ache, sleep will be awful. It will be a struggle to get out of bed. You will feel sluggish throughout the day. There will be little appetite.
