It would Essentially 5-10x the amount of geniuses who are basically the only ones to actually move society forward with any significance. Probably would just create a Renaissance of technology progressing us rapidly for the next 100 years or so before a new IQ jump would be need for further engineering. The IQ globally increases by ~1 every decade so it realistically jumps us up 100 years in intelligence.
