This would have to imply that the human tendency to psychologically cope with tough truths and realities didn't exist.
Realistically? I don't think much. I'd hope that plastic surgery would become more and more advanced to where even ratios that we think are unchangeable become changeable. But that's about it.

Blackpill community would dissolve, maybe. The looks pill is just a component of blackpill. I'm sure you know one of the tenets is genetic determinism. If looks were elastic and you can wake up and decide to be Chad that morning, I think blackpill would then turn to the next things that aren't equal, like where you're born and economic class, and potentially be refocused to blackpills about motivation, intelligence, age and time period opportunities.
