For eyelashes use a dermaroller gently on the skin of your eyelashes and and eyebroows dermaroller aswell and castor oil

topical/oral minoxidil for both brows and lashes, bimatoprost ( doesn't have to branded lattise) solely for lashes, and oils like rosemary or castor to grow both
