Well, the guy you posted's hollow cheeks add to the angularity of the lower third which seems to be what you want, granted your pics are in mediocre lighting thus aren't the truest representation and the model's are in great lighting. Maybe you don't have enough zygos for the effect to be prominent at that weight? IDK
