yeah, if your maxilla grows out it'll probably grow your mandible too. you can get a splint, clay mold, and a plier to stretch your sutures out and like thumbpull 2h a day. at some point you'll feel your facial feeling loose and then wear that splint for a couple a months to achieve forward growth.
