I currently have only d3 k2. What would be a good, sufficient stack? Especially for someone still in puberty.

They don't fucking work. They're not going to grow your bones, or support your hormones. All you are doing is toxifying your body with substances that can't be properly used.
 
magnesium
maybe omega 3 and zinc depending on diet

If you're deficient taking supplements can improve health indicators (clear skin, white sclera, etc.), and health indicators are a big part of being attractive. Take a blood test to see if you're deficient in anything and supplement accordingly. The other guy is right, they won't grow your bones probably but something like calcium or Vitamin D will help support it. It's better than nothing tbh. Also sleep is important af during puberty, im coming close to ending puberty with an average of 5 hours of sleep and I geniunely regret it. Please maintain a good sleep schedule.

I understand. But I’m mainly focused on softmaxxing. I live in a relatively cloudy place so in my case that vitamin d would definitely help me.

oh yea w vitamin d does pretty good in cloudy places. also look into topical tanning drops, assuming you live in a cloudy place the people around might be pale and getting a tan (assuming you're too afraid to pin MT-2, nothing wrong with that, it's your body n your choice what to do with it - as long as ur tryna ascend i respect it), you'll start to stand out more. also you could supplement beta-carotene, which is a supplement that makes your skin slightly more tanned.

if your sclera (whites of your eyes) aren't super white, look into something like Lumify eyedrops along with tanning so that the drops make your eyes whiter and have them pop more against your tan skin. also im sayin this all assuming that everyone where you live is pale, if everyone where u live is a shitskin (like myself, jfl it's over for me), then try to palemaxx to stand out n be striking.
