Let's imagine an average LooksMaxxxer. What would the best surgery be, in terms of improve/cost?

And for an average normie?

MSE+FM, fix recessed maxilla by being able to make it go up and forward, and so, probably fix recessed mandible and "hooked" nose.

this is basically what mewing does: Moving the maxilla up and forward, and the rest is supposed to follow, except that the mewing is VERY slow, and you will probably never achieve the desired results, moreover, age is a multiplier.

Besides, MSE+FM is not even what you might call surgery.

In fact, I'm not sure the mandible follows, I'm not an expert and we still have little information on it, but in case it doesn't follow, you should probably go for BSSO surgery.

Whatever happens I think it's better to correct the "core" of the facial problem. Even if implants can be good, they only hide the problem, and it will NEVER be extremely realistic IMO.

I'm in France, if I find an orthodontist who can do that and I have the money, I'll probably go to that.

it depends from where you start. for example I have high-set eyebrows and a 2500 euros eyebrow transplant in Turkey might improve me a lot.

In this picture I was at 25% body fat because of bulking

I also have prominent ears so a 3000 euros otoplasty would improve me furtherly. A 300 euros lip filler would boost my PSL for a year

finally a 3500$ chin implant would improve my side

(the last two pictures were taken before I started looksmaxing, at 15% body fat)

It depends on who the person is. BSSO and forehead reduction have incredible impact on looks, but they wouldn't do anything if you already had a normal hairline and lower jaw.

Head transplant

The whole issue with MSE+FM is that there is studies that show maxillary movement, but there's no trial made on people trying to achieve a counter-clockwise rotation besides simulations. The only dude who achieved it is Varbrah from TGW and both of his jaws were recessed, therefore allowing him to get DRASTIC changes in his face. MSE+FM is theorically the holy grail, but no one knows if it won't actually fuck your face up.
MSE+FM is all theorical.

Most normies have a bad eye area so something about eyelids or eye bags.

Dumb thread tbh. It depends on rhe individual.

For me, its rhino because I don't have any glaring flaws in my facial bone structure.
