Vyvanse isn’t working for me anymore. Can’t focus, mind feels slow, etc. Can’t really put a thought together anymore. It wears off by the afternoon if I take in the morning
What would he do if I asked him go perscribe me Ritalin LA or SR (longer acting) alongside instant release Ritalin as a means to combat the wear off of effects in afternoon and evening. Low dose, like 5-10mg for IR. And maybe 30mg for SR (longer acting, dosage starts at 20).
We’ve tried vyvanse and saw how low dose was completely bunk. Trying to avoid that, doctor knows especially.
will he toss me out for asking if a switch to Ritalin is possible? I’m avoiding concerta as a catch all solution because vyvanse didn’t work and vyvanse is longer lasting than concerta
