not a gym expert but 6x a week is optimal if you can. PPL is the most common split but also make sure you are getting in your recommended protein (i would guess yours is probably 120g but do 1g per lbs body weight)I go gym maybe 5x a week so that should help

Maximize your height, you are 5’9 at 14, it isnt bad.
But make it your biggest priority til you are 19/20, you will thank me and youself for the rest of your life.
Besides that, go to the gym, being in shape while in your teens sets u a party, especially if tall.
U have potential facially, make sure your nutrition is in check, sleep well and when you are a bit older u could try to increase your bon mass.
