Iam at the facility, and this guy has been following me for 2-3 hours each day early in the morning, for the past two weeks, at first i was annoyed, then a few days ago he followed me, and started trying to tell me what task to do by pointing , i went into another room to change some light-bulbs before i could start he points at the light bulbs. I go to the next room i gota move these bags of shopped grass , before i can he points to the bags. The guy is mentally retarded with a deformed cone-head. I go out side to get the blower, and i hear a voice its him saying MY mans, i couldn't see hes face because of the window screen. Its like their pokemon at the facility they only say 2-4 phrases. The guys name is clifford.

To top things off yesterday the supervisor is telling me to text him some id codes for tools, i literally put down my phone on the table for 6 seconds to get the box 10 feet away, this 380 pound 6'1 biracial women names jessica a resident similar to the guy, grabs my phone and starts pressing , a porn vid with codi bryant pops up, and shes sucking a dick. I was working at a facility for mentally retarded adults most who are 350-400 pounds, i was basically their to mop, sweep replace light bulbs, throw out trash. I got a construction job coming up with privaling wage but i had to wait 4 weeks. So i took some temp work instead of staying home. Basically its mentally retarded black guy who is 6'3 and like 60 years old, he would follow me for 2-3 hours in the morning, trying to point out my work duties. At first i got annoyed then i realized these folks are like pokemon only 2-4 phrases. yell to the mother fukn no they did some bullshit, i asked about if i had a certain day off for a holiday no word. i called the maintience supervisor, then i call the facility manager. I come in turns half the workers are missing, and they told me i think you have the day off. I call the maintence supervisor and he says its not our responsibility to tell ya when you come in for work its your agency. I said fuck these people the next day to piss them off i didn't come in called my agency and told them i won't return to that place.

Iam now doing construction laborer work in the city good pay 61.20 a hour. Going through interview process for building engineer apprentice for local 94 here in nyc.
