What would you do if a teacher threw a tape at you

I still can't forgive this teacher who threw a tape at me for using my phone in class, even tho it missed. I put the tape back on his desk and dared to throw it again, he wasn't brave enough to do it. And afterwards came to take my phone but i refused to give it to him. Then i snitched to the school and they told me they'll do smth.. hes still at the school, but lately he's been more peaceful maybe they threatened him idk

I still have thoughts of throwing a tape at him too and shit idk. What would u do
