Bimax can absolutely ascend from the front, and there are better examples than this one but this is just the one I have saved on my phone

You just have to get it with a blackpilled surgeon tho, if you get it with a typical sleep apnea surgeon your front probably won’t change at all and side won’t change drastically. It’s impossible to drastically change the side without changing the front
