the philtrum is too long - a long philtrum in either gender isn't particularly attractive but if it's proportionate to the face it's not a huge falio and your face is rather long anyway
the lips are too thin but iagain this is tolerable in men
your jaw area is ok and you don't look fat and being fat is the number one killer of aesthetics

1. Pic is taken a meter or two away from the camera, lighting is bad though i agree and its not a great picture but i still think its accurate in terms of lens distortion.
2. I'm never going to post my full face on this website, and i also am not looking for advice on my eye area. Therefore i covered them up. I am not "begging for innacurate feedback" just because i cover the eyes lol. I can still get feedback on the rest of my face.
3. I have had lifting periods before but they never lasted long, i have now bought gym equipment and i will start working out at soon as it arrives. Thanks for the kind words!

As for the midface concerns, my facial thirds are somewhere between 36.3, 33.2, 30.5 - 36.3, 31.1, 32.6, FWHR is 1.7-1.8 (from nasion line its a bit lower so facial thirds are better and FWHR is closer to 1.8, but my eyebrows are a little bit high set so from FWHR from midbrows is like 1.7). So yes, my midface is long but its not a death sentence IMO. If i got supras my FWHRbrow would probably be closer to my FWHRnasion, like 1.8+.
5. My philtrum is indeed long, but i do still have a 2.1 chin to philtrum ration even with the long philtrum and as you said its somewhat proprotionate to my entire face so i think its okay. Lip lift could definetly be a looksmax though.

The main falios are being skinny and pale. Buying gym equipment is not going to save you unless you've purchased a full power rack with a proper bar and weights, which I doubt you've done.

Wow! According to you we are not able to give this guy advice because i covered his eye area. But OFC the eye area matters, im not denying that at all. "true determination", all thats missing to give me advice on every area on my face except my eye area is perhaps knowing FWHR/facial thirds / where the nasion is located, which i told you.
And who says you need a fucking power rack to build muscle??? FYI i have adjustable dumbells, bench, pull up bar with weights. I will be able to train every muscle group with progressive overload up to a good amount of weight, except maybe legs but i can still train them with bulgarians, rdls, lunges, etc. A power rack would allow me to do heavy squats and deadlifts, but other then that, there is little practical difference. A power rack mainly benefits maximal strength training, but im not planning to powerlift.
