whats brutal its really determined on if u have friends or u dont. For me especially trusting someone new , or even connecting with most braindead normies is hard as fuck, u need a friend like that. I would tell you find a friend from here but they would be too autistic, I would go to a niche forum or discord in where u know the people arent weird as fuck, make sure they arent too far away from u, and meetup to cold approach and do stupid shit.

I mean its really brutal if u dont have friends from high school man. My only friends are my 2 friends, and their friends of friends who id say are my friends now. Ur not going to change as a person instantly if u ascend it takes sweet time. I looked my best probably a couple months ago, in terms of my skin, hair, leanness, and still i was a loser who was indoors all day, cuz i only just got to that point.

It takes time to settle into ur new body and accept ur new value, based on your interactions with women u will eventually find out your value though.
