If I went back to 14 I would’ve absolutely took dental health more care and been proactive and gotten MSE

Also I would’ve worked it and changed my diet and lifestyle and sleep more and essentially lived a better lifestyle

tell myself not eat fucking 1000 calories a day during peak puberty and eat a lot of protein, get consistent good sleep, RPE palate expander while suture not fused, hop on HGH and low dose test, and if prenatal somehow force my mom not to be an alcoholic junkie
